Refund Policy

At Velaris Nook we want you to love your bookend. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. This right is in addition to our 30-day return window.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Just email us with your order number.

How to start a return

Email us at velarisnook@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, chipped, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exceptions

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery, or that are missing their packaging, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
