Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Pre-order timing

Our bookends are sold as pre-orders. Each order is prepared once stock arrives, which usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. Delivery then takes about 1 to 2 weeks. In total, please allow around 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your order. The exact estimate is always shown on the product page.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it until it reaches your door.

Customs and duties

Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before shipping.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at velarisnook@outlook.com and we will help you right away with a replacement or refund.
